Terms & Conditions

 
rewardsandmoregiftcards.com customers ("the buyer") agrees to the following terms and conditions:
  1. The gift cards will not be re-sold for any purpose.
  2. The gift cards will not be used for marketing, membership, or other customer acquisition purposes. For example, the buyer will not say "if you buy (this product) you will get (this gift card)".
  3. The buyer will not use the gift cards directly or indirectly in conjunction with any product, promotion, or publication.
  4. The buyer will not use the logos, trademarks, or images from any gift cards without the prior written consent from the retailer that they represent.
  5. The buyer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions on the back of any gift card.
  6. Rewards and More Gift Cards has the right to refuse an order at any time, for any reason.
  7. The buyer's credit card will be charged, for the face value of the gift cards, plus shipping, at the time the order is placed.
  8. If the buyer pays by check, the order will be held until the check clears.
  9. Orders placed, that have not begun processing, can be cancelled at any time by calling 866-344-5454.
  10. All orders are shipped to the buyer's address indicated in their profile. The order is insured by Rewards and More Gift Cards while in transit, and a signature is required at delivery. At the time a delivery confirmation signature is obtained, the buyer is responsible for the cards security and safekeeping. The buyer will utilize prudent security measures to assure the proper safekeeping of the gift cards. The gift cards will not be replaced, or money refunded, if lost or stolen. Orders can not be picked up at our office. See the turnaround policy for turn around times, and shipping options.
  11. Shipping guarantees apply only to the cost of shipping, and do not apply to delays which are caused by factors beyond the carrier's control, such as the unavailability or refusal of the customer to accept delivery, acts of God, riots, strikes or labor disputes, or disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as those caused by bad weather or natural disasters.
  12. Occasionally, Rewards and More Gift Cards may temporarily run out of a particular gift card. If that happens, we will place the item on backorder, notify the customer, and ship it via ground service as soon as it becomes available. The balance of the order will ship as planned. The buyer may cancel unfilled backorders at any time by calling 866-344-5454.
  13. Return policy:
    1. All returns must receive prior approval from an authorized rewardsandmoregiftcards.com associate.
    2. All requests must come from the buyer's representative as defined in the buyer's profile.
    3. All returned gift cards must be accompanied by rewardsandmoregiftcards.com's Returned Product Request Form.
    4. Returns must be received in our offices within 30 days of purchase, and accompany a copy of the original packing slip.
    5. Returned gift cards must be in their original condition, or will be considered non-returnable.
    6. In the event of a retailer closure, rewardsandmoregiftcards.com will refund the complete purchase prices for gift cards shipped in the last 30 days, provided we are able to get a similar reimbursement from the retailer.
    7. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card number originally purchased with, upon receipt of the returned gift cards.
    8. There will be a fee of 10% of the total gift card face value, with a minimum charge of $5.00, for all returned gift cards. All returns are shipped to rewardsandmoregiftcards.com at the expense of the buyer.
    9. Any returned gift cards because of an error by rewardsandmoregiftcards.com will be fully refunded and all shipping and handling costs reimbursed.
  14. Checks for non-profit donations:
    1. Non-profit organization donations, earned by purchasing gift cards through rewardsandmoregiftcards.com will be paid once a quarter, 30 days in arrears. This means checks will be written at the first of May, August, November, and February.
    2. Checks will be made out to the non-profit organization name as recorded by the buyer in their profile.
    3. Checks will be mailed to the buyer's representative, at the buyer's address, as represented in the buyer's profile.
